At each crop we develop an exclusive roast profile that will highlight the best characteristics that are available in our coffees, to make sure we will offer the best experience to our customers. 

In 2022 we conquered top Five (5) among brazilian coffee roasteries in a national competition called Torrefação do Ano (Roastery of the Year), that was ranked based on roasting quality of both Arabica and Canephora coffees, sensory description consistency as well as an espresso blend.
